The service has taken a nosedive. In an effort, I assume, to prevent folks from stealing drinks and food off the counter, they’ve stopped calling out names once the orders are ready. But how do you know your order is ready? You have to ask the espresso bar apparently. This is for the barista named M**c**o.I'll spare u the embarrassment because my description will be enough.As a fellow barista, i get it when y’all r busy but to have that affect ur end product is just not acceptable.U first actually make our drink right and place it on the counter.Then u wind up acting frugal for some reason with our second drink. Went there twice, first I got a matcha and it wasn’t even full, the second time I got a bose and they didn’t even put the syrup in cus it just tasted like straight espresso. I even tipped that time so I was expecting good service??? And for the bose I asked politely for the oat milk to be shaken with the espresso shots and the girl rolled her eyes ?The people working there are not friendly lol
