No sense of customer service. Chatty cashier and chatty customer couple that took 10 minutes to decide what they wanted and all the options as a line built up. Finally after 10 minutes the cashier asked the barista to take my order. 2 baristas and they can’t take the next customer? Lack of customer service. Lack of judgement to move the line along rather then chatting with the customer. Disappointed. No sense of urgency

Peet's Coffee is a great place to get coffee, with a wonderful staff and delicious food and drinks. The coffee is terrific, and the shop is large and easy to navigate, with small tables for work and comfy seats for conversation. While parking can be limited, there are options available nearby. One reviewer particularly enjoyed the Fresh Ground and fresh brewed coffee, as well as the Horchata cold brew with oat milk. Despite a negative encounter with one staff member, the overall experience is positive, and visitors are encouraged to come back. The shop is also wheelchair accessible, although assistance may be needed with manual doors.
