Horribly understaffed for a Friday during the holiday. Lauren was working the bar and the indoor/outdoor tables all in one for over an hour and she handled it tremendously! The only reason i write this is because of how amazed we were by her professionalism and politeness while dealing with all of the hungry and thirsty patrons. We chose this place because it sounded like an interesting place to drink and have some food. We got there for happy hour and the place was pretty empty however service was not the best. The server was very short with us but seemed to provide better service to others around us but maybe they were regulars. I've come here a couple times and it's always a great one when Nicole is working. She's so attentive and brings an awesome energy! I had the veggie sandwich as a wrap and it was a perfect choice! They have a huge bar from seating to a great liquor selection and are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Encinitas. Thank you so much Nicole for always making my visits somewhere to look forward to!
