“The pastry here is incredible! Had the croissant, pain au chocolat, and a baguette. This is comparable to the pastry I've had in France. Outstanding!“
“My daughter brought me a banana vegan cake 🍰 And it was amazing ❤️❤️❤️“
“It was a pleasure to work with Laura, and the cakes she created for my daughter's weddng were spectacular!
The 4-tier wedding cake was stunning and exactly what my daughter envisioned. Laura also made a darling little birthday cake for my granddaughter (whose 1st birthday was the day of the wedding) - it was a perfect complement to the wedding cake.
The cakes themselves were beyond delicious. I lost count of how many of our guests said, “I never bother with wedding cake, but everyone keeps saying how good these cakes are, so I have to have a slice.” One friend had four slices of the strawberry cake alone!
Highly recommend!!“

“Had the chance to taste Guillaume's pastries when he was still a student... Can't wait to see what they'll be serving us! :)“

“The desserts were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the meal. Each bite was fresh and indulgent, with rich flavors that lingered pleasantly on the palate. The textures were beautifully balanced—creamy, soft, and slightly crisp in all the right places—and the aroma was inviting and sweet without being overpowering. They were also elegantly presented, making them as visually appealing as they were satisfying to eat.
I also tried the iced strawberry matcha latte, and it was excellent—smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. The earthy aroma of the matcha was refreshing, and the drink had a silky texture with a gentle froth on top. It was cool and invigorating, with just the right depth of flavor to complement the desserts.
The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely come back to enjoy the desserts and drinks again. Highly recommend!“

“Darshan has the best sandwiches, pastries, and coffee in Del Mar. My kids love to watch them make croissants in the kitchen. Great wifi/spot to work if you are in the area, and has good predictable hours compared to other places. The parking spots are helpful in a town where that is always an issue. Their focaccia is DELISH!!!“

“I have had several treats from this cafe and, without exception, they have all been superb! Obviously made from the finest ingredients and always fresh. The team leader, Stephanie, is such a delight and is so thoughtful and kind. Thanks for the delicious goodies!“
