Wanting to forego cake at our wedding, we opted to work with The Baked Bear to serve ice cream cookie sandwiches instead, as The Baked Bear is husband's favorite! We are so glad we did! Our guests raved about the cookies and ice cream (with one guest reporting he ate FOUR whole sandwiches-- that's how good they are). Outside of our wedding, we love visiting The Baked Bear for special treats and when guests visit town. Highly recommend working with The Baked Bear...

Get that Nutella cookie. It is fantastic. We shared a cookie of the month (it was minty, so good!) + Nutella cookie sandwich with dark chocolate ice cream and it was delicious and huge!

Delicious cookies with high quality ice cream! I loved that you could get 2 different cookies to make the sandwich. We really enjoyed the iced oatmeal and the chewy butter cake cookies were a huge hit!
