GO HERE!! Not only are the people so friendly (especially the manager - or maybe he's the owner), but the salads are so delicious! I love how they have not only a build your own - but they also have several salads to choose from and now they have wraps! Everything here is fresh, delicious and the price is great too! We are repeat customers almost weekly and I highly recommend this place!!

The register man was very personable and friendly, eager to answer all questions and concerns. They have fun menu item names and most are customizable save for two categories. I would have liked for my choppurito to have more sauce, but other than that it was pretty good, better than wraps you can get at the grocery store for sure. I will definitely be stopping by whenever I'm around the area. The downside is that you do have to wait about 10 minutes for the choppuritos to be made as they prepare them fresh so it isn't an ideal place for a quick lunch if you're in a pinch, but that obstacle can always be skirted by ordering ahead.

First time eating at Chop Shop. This place is amazing! The salad is so fresh, chopped up just right and a healthy way to fuel up for the rest of your day! The portions are big enough to feed 2 at minimum.. Worth every cent!
Was very pleasantly greeted when I walked in. Was asked if it was my first time and it was so he explained the menu for me. Food was very good, fresh and quick. Rather pricey though. A choparitto salad, includes with rice and beans, with a soda came to nearly $20. For that I'd think the salad would be twice the size it was. Filling but not huge.

Chop Stop is THE PLACE for salad!! I’m from Oceanside, but I plan my trips down to Encinitas just to pick up salads and Chopurritos from Chop Stop! My fave is the Santa Fe Chop- many to choose from, new ones all the time, including salmon and new proteins added on the regular. Try the warm Chopurrito- rice, beans, lettuce and six toppings- again, several bowls to choose from and sooo delicious!! Don’t see one you like? It’s ok- they can custom make a salad or bowl for you! No one is left out at Chop Stop :) Order online and pick up, or order in-store and chat with the friendly team while you wait. Please build more stores, we need more places like this in North County! Until then, I’m more than happy to make the drive to Encinitas for good, healthy food at Chop Stop.
