Norms are usually waiting only for seating.not ventura blvd. Location They are not open 24 7 as they can not get staffing..prices are same as other location and my steak for 26.99 8oz.came with soup,salad and choice of potato.new location is very clean. I will return for low priced meal. Try it

Omg, I am so happy that my experience wasn't like some others that I read down below and I do feel bad for them. When you sit down at any establishment you want the best of the service period. This was our first time trying this Norms where the old Tony Roma was. We like the Norms in NoHo, so we're happy to see this one. I like the updated retro interior. Parking was easy, staff was really nice. It's clear they are short-staffed and hiring. The food was fresh and tasted great. I had the salmon with veggies and rice pilaf.
