Tower of Babel, Ivory Tower - towers can get a bad rep. That said, Tower Café may finally change the Tower tide. A delightful café on the 3rd floor of a standard Ventura Blvd office building, Tower Café features a variety of delicious lunch and breakfast items at profoundly reasonable prices.
