The portions were very big so I would say it’s worth the money. Two people could easily share an entree. “Great food. Came here for the first time a few months ago and have been back several times since. Up until now the best Italian food I’ve ever had was when visited our daughter in San Diego and we always go to Buono Forcheta in the South Park area. Gusto is as good as they are. The depth of flavor in the bolognese sauce is amazing. The lasagna is also amazing. The other nice thing is that the kitchen is out in the open behind the bar area and you can watch the chef work his magic if you want to sit at the bar.“

“This place is my new go-to in the area. The salsa bar is on point! Good options for carnivores, omnivores, and herbivores alike. Used to go to El Agave nearby but they discontinued their self-serve salsa bar, so I will be coming back to Taqueria Riverbank instead - no question.“

“This was my first time to this subway. It was very clean inside the two young ladies that helped us on Easter were very nice and answered a lot of questions about the sandwiches. One of the young ladies even gave us information about the job for our daughter.I went with the chicken teriyaki wrap and and the other was a regular chicken wrap in a meal. “Service is super slow. food comes out in multiple trips. including coffee and pastries. plus a couple other trips for silverware. servers had to be reminded to bring our missing items. Food was cold! Enchiladas verdes were good, but we only got 3 and they don't come with any sides. for the price we were expecting more food. chilaquiles were OK in terms of flavor, but were dry (not enough sauce)and some chips were stale. I had take some of the enchilada sauce to coat the stale chips. Molletes are not traditionally made. they were made with sliced bread not bolillo/telera as they should be, so bread got super soggy and chewy. chocolate muffin was not good either. it tasted as if it was sugar free/vegan or something. weird flavor, hard to explain. chocolate chip cookie was individually wrapped in plastic, which tells me it's not fresh. the only thing we enjoyed was the cafe cubano and the raspberry cheesecake.“

The walnut prawns is my favorite fried breaded prawns with a sauce and walnuts on top of a mound of cabbage with its own sauce with steamed rice. The different flavors are a delight and mix together wonderfully. One of my favorite places to eat.“
