long wait times, terrible service, go to literally any other location for a better experience (better yet go to Starbucks if you don't want to wait 25 minutes for avocado toast)

well, she is a managers. They’re very friendly and outspoken and really nice people. 😊
We were pleasantly surprised. Excellent coffee. The only improvement would be to lower the music volume. It was very loud. The baristas were friendly and helpful.
