I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at FIFTEEN 360. We came in for a Sunday afternoon meal and the paella was the absolute star of the show—truly delicious and authentic.
We paired it with a fantastic Espinosa wine, which was the perfect recommendation for the flavors of the dish. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and even better company made for a perfect weekend outing. If you're looking for quality Mediterranean flavors, this is the spot!

We first saw this when we visited the Espinoza Winery. We found out that we had to make a reservation for the Paella. So when we went back, we took a card from the daughter of the owners of the winery who is the owner and chef of the fifteen.360 Paella. She showed us a plate she was bringing out to another family and looked great. Last week we scanned the code and reserved 2 Paellas for a party of 4.
