“Stopped by today for a much-needed razzmatazz.The "smoothie" I received was mostly liquid, partially unblended, and about 75% full. That poor quality falls short of what I expect for $7.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 1 is because a young professional named Reagan noticed my dissatisfaction with that lackluster product and asked me if I would allow her to remake it for me. She was courteous, apologetic, and definitely deserves a raise or promotion in the future if this is the quality she displays on a regular basis. I didn't even have to complain. Management, are you listening?In my years of observing corporate success and failures due to the nature of my employment, work ethic like hers is what causes businesses to succeed. Well done, Reagan. Though there was no line when I went, I know from experience that this store gets super busy so plan to jump in line when it looks short or be prepared to wait. The worker who helped me was very sweet and even coated my Cinnamon Bitz fresh. Sinful Cinnamon Wetzel Bitz with Jalapeño Cheese Pretzel Dip: 4.5/5 A friend of mine would always get this in college and I thought that she was nuts or pregnant. But guys, this freaking smacks. Straight gas. If you eat this with normal or pizza bitz, the sodium content is overbearing. The jalapeño cheese, while being rich and quite spicy, is insanely salty. I would say it is one step away from being as salty as salt, but that soft pillowy and sweet Wetzel Bit really compliments it well. You know how some savory foods have cinnamon as a spice and Korean hot dogs are covered in sugar? This has the same vibe and creates a phenomenal experience. I would also like to mention that this location butters and coats their Wetzel Bitz fresh and very fluffy. Literally the freshest bitz I have ever had!“
