The wine is carefully make for anyone one with food allergies, A sensitive stomach, and i doesn’t not give you a headache. It’s dog friendly. We are huge Cab Franc fans and can't believe this place is almost in our backyard. Not at all planned but we signed up for a membership, love that the pick up dates are off set from most wineries. The Rose Franc is so cool, very different from a normal rose. Loved the On Belay 2017 blend and I don't like blends, say what?!? Highland Valley needed Big Reds (good ones) and this is the place! Grab your friends and go, it is quaint, quiet and relaxing.

Fantastic wine at a rather not usual winery! Seems like a perfect location for a brewery but the winery is welcoming and the staff was so friendly! I do wish they had amazing views to see while you sip their wines but that's the only detractor. We will be back, some of the best wine in the area!

Loved my visit to the cute boutique winery and had wonderful service with Olana. The wines I loved and purchased were the Rose (a steal at $15), the Red Blend and the Cabernet Franc 2015. Most of the wines were relatively expensive and priced in the $40s. I am willing to pay for a good wine and will be back. It was also nice that you get a free cheese and cracker set if you buy a tasting. The tasting is free when you buy two bottles.

We finally made it out to ZXQ Vineyards! I was impressed! I am a BIG red wine lover, with Cab Franc being my absolute favorite. I was able to do a vertical tasting with 3 different vintages of their Cab Franc, from 2015 - 2017, which was a fun and unique experience! Olena, was so welcoming, and very sweet. Looking forward to visiting again, and trying a few of their red blends as well.And for animal lovers - they have some adorable goats for you to pet and love on.

Best wine in the San Diego area. The Naked Cabernet Franc (unoaked) is amazing. The 2021 Cabernet Franc Rose is the awesome. The ambience is very relaxing. You can visit with the goats and watch the hawks soar.
