Customer service is always on point. I bought three little pigs ( vegetarian), they were delicious. I will go back for more.

Costumer service was excellent. The bread was very gross and some point I thought there was more flour than flavor. -and the price is expensive. 13 dollars for pretty much less than three things. I have tasted better.

Moved to the area earlier this year and have had such a hard time finding some good sweet breads. I grew up being able to access the best sweet breads at every corner where I grew up and have been badly missing them. Low and behold, this jewel is only 2 miles from my house! Walking in the place is small, a few shelves of goods (but those hard to find brands I can't seem to find in stores around here!!!) - but the most prominent thing is the sweet breads. It smelled so fresh when I walked in I was in heaven. I got a few different ones, some of my favorite cuernos and conchas... and OMG. They were so fresh and tasty. I have definitely found "my spot." If you're in the area or looking for what I would call the best pan dulce around, PLEASE stop in here. You won't be disappointed!

They have a guava-filled, coconut-coated roll cake (niño envuelto?) that I still daydream about two years later. The staff said the cake itself was their tres leches recipe (minus the usual soaking mixture). The pig-shaped pastry and the conchas were also great. A thank you to the helpful staff: I had a lot of questions about what everything was -- and asked for their recommendations about what baked goods to buy. We tried a lot of things...I probably wouldn't get the pineapple upside down cake or the sprinkled cookie again. The shop is tiny (not a problem, just an observation) -- and when we were there, it was cash only. Very much worth a stop. If we're ever back in the area, we'll be back!

I was able to find things here I haven't been able to find anywhere in Humboldt since moving here! I was truly excited and wanted to take a bit of everything. Can't wait to go back and this time take some of the tasty looking bread!

The carnitas was VERY good as were the chocolate and vanilla conchas. This is a great little store that reminds me of being in the Mexican parts of LA. The only gripe I have was that they were selling homemade flour tortillas, six for 5 bucks. They were okay but nothing to write home to mom about. That said Very tasty food!
