They have a guava-filled, coconut-coated roll cake (niño envuelto?) that I still daydream about two years later. The staff said the cake itself was their tres leches recipe (minus the usual soaking mixture). The pig-shaped pastry and the conchas were also great. A thank you to the helpful staff: I had a lot of questions about what everything was -- and asked for their recommendations about what baked goods to buy. I was able to find things here I haven't been able to find anywhere in Humboldt since moving here! I was truly excited and wanted to take a bit of everything. Can't wait to go back and this time take some of the tasty looking bread!
