“Frankies has become a staple treat, can’t find a better bagel or flavors!!! So many roatating choices and all amazing. I went weird this week, Kalamata olive bagels, jalapeño cream cheese and red onions, I could eat that combination every day and never get enough, we appreciate how many ways we can customize our order and my son loves the donuts I am not much of a sweet person but the original donut holes are my go to! Thanks you for all you do!“

“I like the outlet. I specifically went there knowing I wanted to use texas toast bread to make french toast. The prices are good but being an outlet store I try not to buy what won't be eaten shortly after purchase. I know the price here was low because right after I went to the restaurant supply store and noticed my savings.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessible if you can cross the street to get here. I had to walk 20 minutes and it was a straight line but a steep hill so if you can do that without getting hit by a car then it'll be like you're not even in a wheelchair at all!“

“We love bakeries. Some days we stop at two or three as we travel through towns. The reviews said Ramone's was really good so we had to try them. As soon as we walked in and saw the cases our eyes lit up. Great selection of quality pastries and cakes. We settled on 2 orange-currant scones and a baby NY cheesecake just big enough for two. We ate one of the scones as soon as we got back in our vehicle and almost went back for more. Full of flavor and nice texture. We had the cheesecake for dinner dessert and yes, it was fantastic. One of the best cheesecakes we have had. You have to go to Ramone's if you are anywhere near Eureka. The only thing we are sorry about is we were out of town too far to go back for another cheesecake by the time we ate it. Super high marks. Thank you Ramone's.“

“I had prepared myself to purchase traditional bakery cookies. When I arrived at the establishment, I noticed that the cookies were still available and carefully selected. I inquired about their payment options and was informed that they accepted cards but not Apple Pay. I clarified that I did not have Apple Pay but possessed Samsung Pay. The manager intervened and attempted to instruct the clerk on how to process the payment, emphasizing the need for a physical card. I tried to explain that Samsung Pay operates differently and should be processed like any other sale. However, the manager refused to attempt the transaction, despite my efforts to elucidate the functionality of Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. It is regrettable that potential sales were lost due to an unwillingness to adapt to alternative payment methods.“
