We went to Fiesta Cafe for dinner twice in a row simple because they served the best Mexican food in town. Chicken and beef fajitas were delicious with generous portions, so was Pozole soup. The waitstaff was also very nice. We'd love to come back next time we are in town.

We came in for an early dinner and stood at the front for 8-10 minutes, the two servers just walked past us, said nothing, ignoring us. After being seated, the young female server was very rude and short with us when taking our order. My wife got upset, but we stayed anyways. After the food came, the girl slammed our plates down and ignored us the whole time, but was serving other people normally. She seemed to not care at all, we couldn't get any more water or a fork. It was a terrible experience, horrendous service, and the food was average. We've told people about it and they said the same thing, bad service! Need to hire older, more experienced servers. F- rating, Not recommended!

All the food here is freshly prepared and very good. You can count on the Chili Colorado, shrimp cocktail, crispy tacos, chiliquiles, and enchiladas. If you get the dinner plate, you get a nice salad as well. 🇲🇽

Absolutely waited too long before trying this gem of a place out! Very friendly staff Sal is so awesome and makes our visits even better. The menu is vast and everything is delicious with fresh ingredients and top tier homemade recipes. They have a full bar and addictive chips and salsa- try the fresh cut french fries with carne asada you'll be changed. Large portions, delicious authentic food & pretty good prices will keep me coming back.

As for Mexican food goes this was delicious! Authentic and savory. The Mojara was perfect. Wet Chipotle Burrito amazing and spicy. Torta was very filling. Margarita drinks great. I would definitely recommend this place and go here again. Service was great, servers very attentive. If the place gets too busy it might be a little slow but politely calling the waiters attention does the trick. The price was reasonable with big portions.

Ordered chicken quesadilla. Chicken was tasteless like it was just boiled chicken. It was gross.
Ordered take out so I couldn't rate atmosphere. The food is phenomenal and what a nice surprise to have so much flavor and generous portions. The rice, beans and the chicken was cooked very well. The menu is full of tasty dishes and made quality ingredients. it's just what you would expect from a traditional Mexican food. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely return for more delicious food.

This is the best Mexican food in Humboldt County. I had a chili Relleno and it was absolutely delicious. Salvador waited on me and his service was as good as the food, and such a nice young man.💙 I highly recommend!
