The only thing I don't like is the fact that sometimes the line can be wrapped around and you can't get into the drive-thru because of the entrance and exit. (It's close to a very busy Street.) They have good service. However the McKinleyville Mickey D's has great service, so does the one at the McDonald's in Eureka Mall they are my favorite!!

Not only is the food more expensive nowadays, but the customer service here is really lacking. Sometimes ill be standing at the counter for more than a few minutes before someone takes my order. Also the lobby is dirty every time I've been in there. Food debris still left on the tables, dirty floors. Not a pleasant McDonald's experience.

Homeless people outside with their clothes halfway off pretty disgusting The young man at the window gave me my food didn’t say a word shut the window didn’t ask me if I wanted to napkins, so I stayed and waited once I got his attention, which was about a minute and a half or so later I asked him if I could have some napkins cause I had my six-year-old in the backseat. He literally handed me two napkins. I just laughed and said no I need more than that. Needless to say this McDonald’s sucks.

It's a great store in a not so great neighborhood, so it's not their fault.
The ordering kiosk was out of receipt paper and the cashier/counter person was very overwhelmed and seemed to be in way over her head. It was the peak of the lunch hour and the restaurant was filling more and more with hungry lunch-goers, like me, craving some salty French fries and cold soda. I had so much frustration even making my order and then paying for it, then this other worker began helping the frazzled worker, and she ended up giving me some free fries and drink for my wait and inconvenience.
