“When I got there I tried to get the managers attention inbetween talking to 2 other employees to no avail. The sweetest young lady noticed and came over immediately to help me. She made sure my French fries were hot and everything was fresh. She has very good customer service skills and very well mannered. It would be very refreshing if all employees had the same perfesional customer service skills as her! Specially the managers. Busy location, conveniently located by the mall.“
“Very avant-garde feel for a McDonald's. You pretty much do everything in an environment that comes close to how things will be in the future...place your order on a screen or on your device/in the app, pay that same way, rarely see a human or any human interaction (but when you do, they are pretty amazing at their job) and you use a code to access the restroom. All in all, while it was a bit surreal, the whole experience was pretty delicious!“
