Just had a bad experience...it's not like this every time. I did an online order for my pickup time to be 5.5 hours later. When I got there only 1 pizza had been made. Which was fine...I was in a hurry but wanted to be nice... mistakes happen. Well instead of making my order a priority they just put it at the back of the line and I waited 30 minutes for my pizza. I am just bummed it happened like this. Normally it's good. Bad night...not sure how they only got half my order....read full review
I place my order online told me to be about 30 mins. I got there in 20 & they were finishing it up. Crew had a steady flow going they were busy...But quick! Thanks y'allFood: 5/5
I just have to give a review for Evan in Eureka Ca. I called this Papa Murphys to try to contact a manager or supervisor regarding a hostile employee in Arcata, ca. (Ritchie) . Totally impressed by Evan's customer service, his kindness, consideration and professionalism. He asked about the situation, which he didn't have to, he helped to ease my shock and discomfort over the situation.
