I have had the chicken Pho a couple of times, it is always flavorful and delicious. Just the right amount of flavor and spice and with plenty of meat. Not too salty so you can add if you like. There are 4 kinds of noodles you can choose from. The large bowl is huge and they have an extra condiment tray that has crunchy chili and ground peanuts. Awesome!
The pho was served with cilantro? Not basil whatever it was. Something has gone downhill while prices go up. Probably a reflection of the times. Not really worth going out of the way for this.
If you’re craving Pho 🍜 this is the place to come in Humboldt County. Note that even the “small “bowl option is a hearty size, enough for one normally hungry person.
