“I got the chicken and shrimp carbonara with tomato bisque soup and my wife got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with Caesar salad we also got breadsticks with ranch our server was super attentive and helpful while ordering will definitely be back“
“A nice place to spend an evening, but little aspiration to excellence.Extra star awarded for allowing me to finally have found a restaurant with no television. It's hard to enjoy a family meal when your kids are watching TV, ruining the ambiance.I had the "special" which wasn't on the menu. The chicken Scaloppine. It started out quite nicely tender with food tasting noodles and texture. The mushrooms, which I normally don't like, were exquisitely cooked. The chicken did not taste seasoned at all and over time, went from tender to drenched in the sauce, which was about a half-inch deep in the plate. The chicken finished as a soggy, buttery mess. The staff were friendly and cordial. Our drinks were refilled continuously, almost to the point that I couldn't understand how they got anything else done. The menu is not overcomplicated but certainly doesn't cater to families with children. A kids option is limited to pizza unless they want to eat fancy. It seems this place is mostly meant for couples and friends and draws a senior crowd. It was pleasant. The lighting in the dining room was dim and I could barely see my food. But I wasn't too worried.Pricing was really reasonable for what you get. My wife had Mahi-Mahi which was also a special, but was $10 more than my plate. There seemed to be no wine list presented, though they had plenty of options which the manager was indulging in from time to time, which some would see as fairly forbidden on the clock. But the casual atmosphere and excellent conduct of all staff didn't make me worried. It was also concerning that a dog was allowed in the dining area. It was a non-service dog and even though the couple with the dog was limited to a table in the tar corner until an outside table was available, I heard commente from other customers about it. Some diners don't prefer hairy friends in the dining room. All in all it was a decent experience with casual food, an uncomplicated selection and a questionable ambiance indoors. I would have much rather been outside. But, we didn't need a reservation and the place was packed outside which should tell you my opinion is likely exclusive and my party wasn't their usual type of patron.Suggestions: Ditch the paper napkins and bare tables in the evening service and to for something radiant to cover tables. Ditch the candles and go for small lamps so people can see their food, since the lighting up top flickers. Stop drowning your chicken. 1/4 of that amount of sauce would do, with a little more seasoning on the chicken. Don't be afraid to blacken the chicken. Perhaps add some color for contrast. My plate was white, yellow and brown. Some steamed carrots, shallots or green onions should do the job.No one can tell you are open. You can't see the Christmas lights from Burger King where you turn into the place. You need an Open sign like your neighborKid-friendliness: Not snti-kid, but certainly not aligned to provide kids options“
“Perfect date night place! Great ambiance, delicious food, soooo good and make sure to order the soufflé as soon as you arrive so that it's nice and ready by dessert time. Staff is amazing and the moscato is sweet and juicy! We loved it so much we recommend it to my son and his girlfriend and they've been there 3x since!!!! We Will be back again.“
“First time there and was blown away by the quality of both the food and the service. Started with an app of their beer nuggets and then the Chicago deep dish pie. Both were such big portions and amazing taste. Nicole was our server and was awesome and very attentive even with the amount of patrons. The cannolies were great as well. Cant wait to go back and try more delicious foods. All the food and the wife hade 4glasses of wine, all under $100. We had leftovers as well“
“Great service and atmosphere that I've come to expect from Olive Garden. My only issue with the food was that all the bread sticks we received were slightly overcooked so were crispy and not soft like we expected. Disappointing since I usually love the bread sticks. Would still return.Parking: It's in a little shopping area so the parking is shared but the parking around the restaurant was full so I had to park near the other shops.“
“Absolutely hands-down the best Italian restaurant in Falbrook. I've never had a bad meal there from pizzas to salads to meatball and sausage sandwiches. All those staff is totally happy and welcome you with a smile. I've always taken my dinners out, so I haven't eaten inside the restaurant, but when you walk in you are greeted kindly“
“Oh my goodness deliciousness! Amazing evening -- Insalata de Nochi (braised Pear Salad) was perfect-- I had the Short Rib Pasta -- made with Pappardelle Pasta, moist flavorful short rib, mushroom cream sauce (yum!)--absolutely scrumptious! Bob had the Chicken Marsala, and he said the chicken was tender, very good! and of course (2) Glasses of Cabernet, from Paso Robles--The staff are always so amazing, fantastic customer service-- Thank you to the man, Leone!“
“Gourmet Italia's great Italian food comes Alessandro Prestifilippo. He is from Sicily and moved here around 1996. He has come up with a menu selection that is huge, not to mention the wine list. This is fine dinning and what a wonder of food it is. Gourmet Italia uses as much seasonal fresh organic produce from its own 6 acre garden along with the highest quality of imported Italian goods. It is all great. The place itself is beautiful and spotless. The service is great and they can help you with specials and the menu.We started with a great salad and shared it. We had poached pear in a port sauce with mixed greens a great cheese and caramelized walnuts. It was heavenly. We also had their antipasto with Italian meats, cheeses and olives with vegetables. The main was ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese, all in a wonderful red sauce. The baked lasagna was out of this world. We also add veal with lemon butter sauce. All of it was great. We ordered too much and took just a little back to our room. You will love this place.“
“I came during lunch time and the service was great. Our waitress greeted us with a smile and was very attentive and friendly. Food was really tasty and fresh. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer and the tomatoes were well seasoned and the bread had great flavor and was toasted but still soft. I ordered their pizza and my son got the fried calzone. Both were amazing. The pizza dough wasn't too chewy and the fried calzone had great flavor. I'd recommend a side of sauce to go with the calzone.“
“Service was great and definitely not as crowded as the restaurants up in Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga. Didn't have to wait for a seat. Back again for another lunch while I was in town for a night. Great great spaghetti with meat sauce that includes soup and salad and bread.“
“I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now and so glad I did. I ordered a pepperoni and black olive pizza for my son. He said it was the best in town. I also ordered a white pizza for my daughter and I and we finished the whole pizza. Absolutely delicious and our new favorite pizza and pizza place. To top it off the owners are very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!“
