“I am so genuinely impressed by this Jersey Mike's location. Kristen and her team went absolutely the extra mile for a last minute large order for an entire wedding party this past Saturday morning and even going so far as to include an extra note for the bride along with a sweet treat. The level of attention to detail and intentional care put into every single sandwich did not go unnoticed. Not one sandwich had anything wrong, it was clear when I walked in how carefully they were making the sandwiches and ensuring everything was put together the way it was ordered. I was so taken aback by the fantastic attitudes of the staff which tells me their owner loves her employees and takes good care of them. I truly appreciated the level of customer service that was given. I am in the Riverside area and have never come across a Jersey Mike's so clean, attentive and kind to their customers and honestly wish we lived closer. Kristen, thank you so much for your kindness and for the incredible customer service. I know the bride and groom will never forget the memory you gave them on their weekend and neither will I. “I was very impressed with this location. I haven’t had subway in years due to the one in my hometown being really bad and there for I thought it was bad. I tried it again in fallbrook and quickly realised that I may actually like subway now. This is a good location and I’ll be coming back.“

“Melos recently attended a local school carnival, and not only were the ice cream and desserts delicious, the guy was super friendly and treated all the students with kindness and patience. The parents and kids really appreciated this. I would highly recommend these guys, and I look forward to popping into the store soon.“

“I recommend this location only because you can only have pizza so many times. In our experience whenever we order without being in the store (for pickup) we have a 50% chance of our food being totally wrong. When it’s right, it’s my favorite fast sub place and is ?! But… Tonight was particularly frustrating. We ordered 2 wraps, a bowl and a sub. Every single item was wrong. Of course, we don’t know that until we get home and open the food. I’m not one to call and complain because there’s nothing I can do now at 6:30pm but for $56, I expect there to be at least an effort to customize the sandwiches in the way we took the time to select on the Jersey Mikes app. Make sure you double check every time and from now on I’ll only order in store so I can watch and check when it’s made. Not very convenient with 4 kids, so I suppose we won’t go there often. Sorry!“

“Jersey Mike’s Subs really delivered a solid experience on my recent visit. I ordered the Italian sub, and it was everything you’d want in a classic sandwich freshly sliced meats stacked high, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and that signature blend of oil and vinegar that brings it all together. The bread was soft but held up well with all the fillings. Flavor-wise, it hit the mark.

What stood out just as much as the food, though, was the service. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, not just going through the motions. One team member even offered suggestions when I looked unsure about toppings, and they all seemed to work well together—fast, organized, and friendly.

The store itself was very clean. It’s not often you walk into a sandwich shop and notice how tidy everything is—from the counters to the drink station, it was spotless. Even the bathroom was in good shape, which says a lot about how the place is maintained.

Overall, this visit felt like more than just grabbing a quick bite. It was a good meal served by people who cared about doing a good job in a clean and welcoming spot. I’ll definitely be back.“
