“We had another great "Wine Wednesday" at our fave Temecula steakhouse (I love the half-price bottles of wine)! Hubby had the prime rib sandwich with onion rings and I had the soup, salad and cheesy bread combo. So we started by sharing my wedge salad, the bleu cheese dressing is house-made and they smother the cold, fresh iceberg with the dressing, fresh crunchy bacon, juicy tomato bits and crumbles of bleu cheese. It's so good! We shared the cheesy bread with the salad course, but you get a half a small loaf of bread, so we had a couple pieces to bring home for lunch today with a little bit of leftover salad. The prime rib sandwich is HUGE (six ounces, but looks bigger) and what a good deal at $18.99 (yep, there were leftovers!)....dessert was to-go, we love the Cheesecake Factory carrot cake, yummy! Great service from Miss Carmel, Chuey and all the other staff, we'll be back again!“

“Don’t both with joking the wait on their website. The website said 20 minutes when I joined the wait list but when I got there I still waited an hour.“

“Mannn i've tried a lot of different marisco (seafood) places and this place is leagues and bounds above the places i've been to even compared to the great places in Mexico!

The service is better than most restaurants. The gentlemen here are very attentive, kind, informative, and treat you like family.

This place is a hidden gem and well worth the visit. I live in LA and i still go out of my way to eat here.

I would give this place 10 stars if i could!

“This place definitely exceeded my expectations. The food was well prepared with quality ingredients and displayed with effective spacing to avoid line formation.
The servers were cheerful and they cleared the empty plates regularly.
The price is more than fair considering the high quality of the food and service.“

“I drive past this spot many times throughout the years and finally the timing worked out to stop by and I wish I did sooner. I tried the asada torta which is the best I have had in years. Their taquitos were pretty good, their fries are great. Remind me of fries at Tacos el Gordo. D’Soto is many times better than any “berto” variation Mexican spots in SD county. I’m looking g forward to trying their breakfast burritos that I read so much about.“

KKC Restaurant inside the gas station serves some of the best chicken I’ve had — crispy, juicy, and super affordable. The service is always friendly and fast, and the place is spotless. Plus, they’ve got the cheapest gas in town. Win-win!“

“To be updated. Cocina Del Mar. Nice little family-owned restaurant in the Deep Valley. Corner of Douglas and North River Road. I’ve gotten a few take-outs from here. The traditional battered fried fish tacos are fine. They use double corn tortillas👍🏽👍🏽. I prefer their grilled fish tacos. Better are the mahi or salmon tacos. Recently, their pricing has jumped noticeably up to $9 for the salmon before taxes. Lol. So one day I just picked up a pound of salmon at Sprouts and made my own that lasted for a few days. Lol. Seriously, it’s a nice family-owned restaurant that I recommend. The bilingual ladies behind the counter are always friendly and helpful. One afternoon I actually stayed to eat there and was given a basket of tortilla chips and salsa while I waited. It was relatively quiet and peaceful after the lunch crowd. The place is clean, spacious, and relatively spartan. I didn’t check the bathroom, but I will next time. It’s a good indicator of a restaurant’s overall cleanliness. 4/5 stars“

“I had kung pao shrimp and husband had shrimp chop suey for lunch, it was way too much food & it filled the void. I don't know if I'd rush back there again anytime soon it was just okay for me .You can only order at the counter and then there's tables to sit at. I had it with the hot and sour soup was really tasty husband got egg drop soup pretty uneventful.“

“OMG soooo good! We came in for lunch around 1130 on Sunday, it was just starting to fill up with what looked like locals. The young man behind to counter was so sweet, big smile, he greeted us immediately, and was helpful and polite throughout our visit. I ordered the kalua pork, my go-to order whenever I can find it. My husband said he thought it was better than L&L, I totally agree. It was amazing, mouthwatering, so flavorful, and the portion was so big we both shared some for lunch and dinner. My husband ordered the cheese burger and fries, the burger was freaking delicious. I would go back for the burger alone, it was so impressive. The fries were shoestring, crispy and perfectly fried. Everything came out of the kitchen hot, fresh and quick! The restaurant is in a shopping center full of stores. Inside it's a bright, cute, little corner shop in a great location next to the theater. We are already planning our next dinner and a movie here.“

This particular Rubios gets 5 stars from me for everything. They truly take hood care of this business and welcome their guests with open arms and great service. Great job, team Temecula Rubios.“
