I've been seeing this place on Instagram and thought I would give it a try!!! The owner did give me a coupon to use as well. I got the Kokomo clean energy drink and the toffee explosion smoothie. Both were delicious, and both came in a big cup. You can get one for $9 or both for $16. I got both so I could get the full experience, as advised by Chris, the owner. He also gave me a sample of the zombie attack to try before deciding. The drinks are toddler approved!! My daughter stole my smoothie, lol. He has amazing customer service and hospitality. He gave me good information about the products and my hands were full with my daughter, so he helped walk me to my car with my drinks. Definitely go check them out. The smoothie is great for a sweet tooth

Chris was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind! I tried a chocolate/almond meal shake and a watermelon jolly rancher. Both tasted great! The shake was filling and made me feel full...it IS a meal. The tea drink was a bit sweet but tasted good! I'll definitely visit again!

i will review renting this place if my sons and friends graduation on Friday night. first Chris the owner and his wife and Masumi the manger has been so awesome, flexible and very nice, they return us all the cleaning deposit same day and they let us until 11:30PM at night , they save us the day as other places in Rocklin cancel in us after one month of preparation.the place is very spacious we had 75 guests and we only use 1/2 of the place and the other half was for open buffet and dancing flour , so it is spacious and the floor is very nice and the place looked very elegant ! the parking lot is huge and it fit all cars we had at least hundred and we never feel it at all! restroom is very clean and they have their own Bluetooth speakers which was great for the dancing floor bas well as the TV and the Apple TV which helped us steaming all videos and photos for the kids highly recommended , clean and economic well suited if you live in Eldorado hills, Folsom or closer to those areas thanks Impact nutrition owners and Staff !!!!

They sell Herbalife products and are a associated with multilevel marketing. I do not agree with their business practices and they label themselves as a club because legally they can’t be a food shop. Seems weird. If you’re pregnant, be careful of the caffeine. I got several different answers about the content. Nothing here is fresh, all powders and add ins. Support a real small business, not a shop reselling Herbalife product as their own.

I love this place! They have a large variety of nutritional shakes and teas that taste so good it's hard to believe they are actually good for you! Yummy
MUCH more than a “nutrition shop”. They specialize in healthy smoothies that are mostly geared towards weight loss/overall health. Truly healthy smoothies as they have all sorts of add ins for digestion, probiotics, aloe, etc.The owner is BEYOND sweet. Sat down and spoke with me for almost an hour about her shop, beliefs, nutrition, etc. They also hold classes here. Super excited to try one out!!!P.s try the protein coffee… amazing.

Can I just say this place is fun! It is not just about nutrition (which their shakes and energy drinks are amazing) but it's also about community and getting a great workout. I like variety and I paddle board and hike. This cardio drumming class is so energizing and Angela is such a fun instructor and overall great person. Everybody is friendly and I have met more people at this Drumming Class that I consider friends then I have at the gyms (and I've gone to all of them in the El Dorado Hills/Folsom area). This is a full body workout and not just Drumming, she incorporates isometrics and balance as part of this which I appreciate. There is no weight work and that's fine with me as I usually feel the workout the next day. I am not saying this is your only work out, but I will say it is probably one of the funnest work outs you could have and with the best group of people you could meet. Something to definitely incorporate into your lifestyle. And, it's great to be able to go someplace and actually get something for the dollars that you pay besides just the gym workout. Love my energy tea to start and shake at the end of the workouts. If you have ever been on the fence, give it a try.

What an amazing community of passionate people and the healthy meal replacement shakes are out of this world - if you havnt tried Banana Caramel yet - you are honestly missing out on life (only partially kidding) I definitely recommend checking out their list of classes - there is something for all ages - i stop in whenever i am in town visiting my family - I just love the energy and hearing all the amazing body transformation stories - I could not recommend more -
