Enjoyed my first pizza at Marcos. First I would like to thank Mahn for making a great garlic veggie pizza. What did I like? Cornmeal on the bottom, veggies were fresh and visible through the cheese. Whole sliced tomatoes versus chopped. I normally don't put feta cheese on a pizza, but it tasted great. What would I change? More garlic sauce, additional cheese, option for a thinner crust, just a personal preference. Maybe they already have a thinner crust. I would also add...
