Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite fast food places, but I won't be going back. The Mexican Pizza was terrible, no senior discount, rude staff, no salt, extra small beverage--small lid didn't even fit.

They don’t give senior discounts like the other Taco Bell’s do they are very rude too customers, very rude, lady claimed she made the food early in the morning and it is the afternoon when served, ordered a Mexican pizza and it left a bad taste almost like rotting. I wouldn’t go here, there’s a really good one with nice friendly people in cameron park though!

Apparently, they only have one person on the entire staff who can fix orders they've messed up... Finally, had a day free to try and have them "make it right," like they said they wanted to do via voicemail and email. I couldn't get anyone on the phone ahead of time to call ahead. Went in (I live far away), thinking surely it's not going to be a problem, and they refused to fix my order because they "had no one on staff who could handle that"? The one person is in the hospital, so now how am I going to look pushing them to bother someone in the hospital to get my order fixed.. now I apparently have to drive back a third time... yeah, idk just go to another location, tbh because this is so unprofessional. It may be nitpicking, but after I was denied my order being fixed, they filled the nacho cheese of the order I placed 1/3rd... if it wasn't such a noticeably small amount of cheese, I wouldn't have said anything, but what it that?

Fast drive through. Went to colfax drive through and that location is horrible. Manager was rude. Entrance to drive-through is impossible to get in without making a 3 point turn. They couldn't hear me order a taco, so I pulled up to window. They said I had to go to end of line and start over. Are u kidding me. Pull around and start over. Has anyone else ever heard of such a ridiculous thing?

I wish I could give negative stars for this Taco Bell. I waited for 25 minutes behind one vehicle. When I got to the window, no apologies for how long it was taking. Four cars backed out of the drive thru because it was taking so long. I understand it can be hard working fast food, however it's absurd the amount of time you have to wait for your food. Only come here if you're prepared to wait 3-5 business days.
