“Yes, there is no salsa bar any longer. Thats too bad since other locations along I-5 have brought it back since the pandemic. Yes, the back area is sort of hidden from view and its hard to know how your food is prepared, but after 15+ visits over the last 3 years or so I have had all positive experiences. The food is consistently tasty and prepared as you like it. A litte stingy on the salsas, but overall I have never been ill from eating the food there, so that is a plus as well.“

“We had a fantastic experience at Chili’s tonight! Our party consisted of four adults and two kids, and everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations.

As soon as we walked in, we were seated immediately with no wait at all, which was a great start to the evening. Our waitress greeted us almost right away and quickly took our drink and appetizer orders. She was friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly throughout our meal.

We started with the Triple Dipper, and it was easily one of the highlights of the night. We chose the mozzarella sticks, Southwestern egg rolls, and chicken crispers, and every item was fresh, hot, and delicious. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly crispy and cheesy, the Southwestern egg rolls were packed with flavor, and the chicken crispers were crispy on the outside while staying juicy and tender on the inside. It was the perfect appetizer to share.

Since a couple of us weren’t very hungry, we decided to order the Fajitas for Two to split—and we were shocked by how much food came with it! The portion size was incredibly generous and an amazing value for the price. The chicken and steak were both tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The meal also came with warm tortillas, rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo, and all the other classic fajita fixings, making it a complete and satisfying meal.

To finish off the night, we ordered the Molten Lava Cake, and it was absolutely incredible. The warm chocolate cake paired with the cold ice cream was the perfect ending to the meal. It was rich, decadent, and literally melted in our mouths.

Overall, this was one of the best casual dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Great service, delicious food, generous portions, and excellent value made for a memorable family dinner. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“It has been quite a while since I have been to this restaurant, so I was excited to finally sit down and write out a full review of my experience. On the positive side, the entire dining area is remarkably clean and well-kept. My only complaint about the atmosphere is the spatial layout. The tables are set up very close together across the floor, which can make it a bit difficult and awkward to navigate your way back and forth to the salsa bar.

The hospitality was a bright spot, as the staff provided good, attentive service from the moment I walked in. For my main course, I ordered the green chile enchiladas. The dish was a mixed success. Some of the pulled pork utilized in the filling was unfortunately a bit dry. However, despite the minor dryness of the meat, everything else on the plate was exceptionally fresh, well-seasoned, and tasty.

The accompanying sides were also standout components. The Mexican rice was prepared incredibly well and packed a lot of great flavor. Additionally, the black beans topped with melted cheese were a nice, savory addition and were prepared perfectly.

Bottom line: except for the B-tier preparation and texture of the pulled pork, everything else included in the meal was very good. It is a solid spot that I would still recommend for fresh Mexican food.“
