“I been coming here years , the place was a mess , short on food, in the 2 girls in front gossip about customers. Not helping micro management, while I single out this young man Steven. Which manage two serve out dileverys by himself, and still manage to whip tables in fountain drink station. While the same girl in counter talking still talking hasn't moved from same spot . “Last night we went to Chipotle for dinner
Everone was friendly and the food was great. However, one person went above and beyond to make our visit even better. Matthew was on the second half of the line and when I told him the corn salsa was my pregnancy craving right now, he made sure I was able to get aa much as I wanted. He even made sure to package things separately so it wouldn't make a huge mess when I got home to eat. It was a small gesture but it truly made my day. This is the kind of customer service and personal connection to customers that keeps us coming back. Thank you Matthew!!!“
“This is for the new chipotle on Cherry in Fontana.. Food was as usual. The first server was nice and relatively generous with the portions. When the second server came around their queso was almost gone and she gave around half a scoop of queso. Asked for a little more (only because if we’re paying for the queso, we should get the full scoop? Right??) the cashier heard and saw the exchange and proceeded to charge for a whole extra side of queso. Though the added amount was still only a half scoop! When asked to refund the second extra charge of queso he said “no need to get so mad, you’re making a big scene over nothing.” There was no big scene, no drama. A simple exchange that he was upset about for some reason. The cashier was extremely rude, telling my partner and I that we were getting “out of hand” even though we were simply walking away and out the door.“
