Chipotle Mexican Grill in Riverside

“Loved how fast this place is, even if they have a long line they moved through it rather quickly. Additionally let’s talk about feeling safe…. This place is down the street from Ben Clark training center and highly visited by sheriff recruits / fire recruits, CHP or other agencies.“

“Food was good, just not how I remembered it, since it's been several years since I ate at a Chipotle. I remember it tasting better.

I ordered a carne asada taco & asked for the toppings on the side on the app. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the toppings were not in the bag.

I went back inside to tell them & the girl went to the back to figure out why. She came back & told me they already put the sides in the taco, which was not what & how I wanted my taco.

I asked for the toppings again on the side & the manager came out & said they are already in the taco so I couldn't get them as sides, if i wanted them I'd have to pay for them. So I left.

The second time I went here I ordered my food on the app in their parking lot, then went inside right after I sent it & told them personally how I wanted my order & was able to get my toppings on the side.

Don't know why all that happened the first time, but that was several months ago. The second time was a few days later. I haven't been back cause it got too expensive for me & I can make a carne asada burrito & tacos better using better ingredients with ribeye steaks chopped up.

Would I recommend eatting here? Yes I would, if you don't mind the price. I doubt if the manager I spoke to last is still working there & if she is, she probably mellowed out.“

“Been coming to this chipotle for years now, the foods always good but I’ve come to expect a crazy line every time. This last time the service really seemed to be on another level, they worked fast and efficiently together, I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out of a chipotle that fast before, plus I appreciate them labeling my three burritos in the order they were made so we don’t have to bite into them to see whose is whose. Keep up the great work, I’ll be coming back more often!“

“great tasting food! definitely tastes fresh. nice and patient employees. they just forgot the vinaigrette for the salads i ordered so i had to go back.

Vegetarian options: there’s a vegetarian replacement for meat. also, all the toppings are vegetarian, some vegan

Parking: limited parking spot in front of the businesses here. it’s easier if you park in the target parking lot“
