Chipotle Mexican Grill in Riverside

“Loved how fast this place is, even if they have a long line they moved through it rather quickly. Additionally let’s talk about feeling safe…. This place is down the street from Ben Clark training center and highly visited by sheriff recruits / fire recruits, CHP or other agencies.“

“Food was good, just not how I remembered it, since it's been several years since I ate at a Chipotle. I remember it tasting better.

I ordered a carne asada taco & asked for the toppings on the side on the app. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the toppings were not in the bag.

I went back inside to tell them & the girl went to the back to figure out why. She came back & told me they already put the sides in the taco, which was not what & how I wanted my taco.

I asked for the toppings again on the side & the manager came out & said they are already in the taco so I couldn't get them as sides, if i wanted them I'd have to pay for them. So I left.

The second time I went here I ordered my food on the app in their parking lot, then went inside right after I sent it & told them personally how I wanted my order & was able to get my toppings on the side.

Don't know why all that happened the first time, but that was several months ago. The second time was a few days later. I haven't been back cause it got too expensive for me & I can make a carne asada burrito & tacos better using better ingredients with ribeye steaks chopped up.

Would I recommend eatting here? Yes I would, if you don't mind the price. I doubt if the manager I spoke to last is still working there & if she is, she probably mellowed out.“

“Fresh and delicious food here... be aware of the spicy meats if you have any issues with that. The steak and carnitas are the only two meats I can enjoy without getting heartburn. The white rice on their chips w guacamole is my favorite appetizer/side w any entree. I ask for my rice, which is normally included in many items, on the side and don't get charged extra for it.
The dining area is often messy however and you may have to clean a table off for yourself.
They also have an app that offers deals and ways to earn points for free food.“

“It was my turn in line, asked for a burrito. Second girl young - short serving the meats did not greet me and when I told her if the steak was still red she proceeded to serve it into my burrito. I nicely told her I did not want steak and she rolled her eyes disturbed. No customer service whatsoever“
