Chipotle Mexican Grill in Redlands

“I want to give a very special thank you and shout out to Isabel, Heidi, and Callie at the Chipotle in Redlands, California. Their kindness and customer service truly meant a lot to me and my family.

I had ordered two chicken bowls because there was a homeless man outside who shared that he had recently lost his wife. I asked him what he wanted to eat and gave him one of the bowls, but accidentally gave him my son’s order instead. After my son started eating, we realized the mistake.

I went back into Chipotle to explain what happened, and Isabel, Heidi, and Callie immediately stepped in with compassion and understanding. Not only were they polite, respectful, and incredibly kind, but they remade my son’s original bowl and gave it to us free of charge.

In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, these ladies showed genuine humanity and excellent customer service. They deserve recognition and honestly deserve a huge raise for the way they treated us.

I’m proud to be an American and grateful for people like Isabel, Heidi, and Callie. God bless them all. If anyone in the Inland Empire is looking for outstanding customer service and caring employees, I highly recommend this Chipotle location in Redlands.“
