Cloud9 Pho & Teatime is a Vietnamese restaurant that has been remodeled and changed owner. The food is much better now. The Pho broth is clean and balanced, with a rich flavor that hits the spot. A Pho with no meat and a beef banh mi are available, with the banh mi marinated steak meat being tasty and full of flavor. The spicy dumplings are not spicy but rather on the sweet side. Egg rolls are pretty meaty and crunchy. The shaken beef (also called Bò Né) is good flavor with baguette. Portions are pretty good, with one pho and one fried rice being plenty. The restaurant is nice and clean. Service is fast and friendly. Prices are also good and decent despite the area. It is a casual setting where customers order at the register before sitting down. A vegan pho with tofu and chicken pho are also available, tasting like home cooked food.
