El Pollo Loco is a restaurant with a free outdoor parking lot, though it's not particularly large. The atmosphere is kid-friendly, offering options for children's meals. While some experiences with staff have been inconsistent, recent reviews highlight several friendly and helpful employees. The cashier, Nancy, was noted for being super nice and patient, especially with picky eaters. Another reviewer mentioned Geremia and Lorena, who were accommodating and even re-cooked food to meet specific preferences. The manager, who greeted customers with a smile, also received praise for her friendly demeanor. The food is described as fresh and delicious, and service has been noted as fast and efficient. However, there are mentions of menu options varying; one reviewer reported that the Chicken Roll was discontinued but received a quesadilla as a substitute. Overall, El Pollo Loco shows improvement in service and satisfaction, making it a place worth recommending to others.
