“Y'all owe me a "I Love Weiners" hat. I went in a week or 2 ago when you were selling the hats, asked for a hat, and was told you were sold out. The very next day I saw an employee hand a hat to the car in front of me and when I asked for a hat, I was told they're cash only. Personally I think that's illegal to deny a form of legal payment but accept it for food just because a part # is no longer in your system. And they didn't even have a manager on the premises that day. The day after that I went in again and asked for a hat and was told they were sold out indefinitely. Wack. Plus your employees are always gatekeeping the simple sauces like ketchup. Who orders a hotdog and expects to not get ketchup with it. Food is a solid 10 out of 10. But man these past experiences make it an absolute headache to go there.“

“I stopped by this Wienerschnitzel on a Friday evening around 7 PM, and I have to say, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the place was. Walking in, I immediately noticed that the floors were spotless, the tables were wiped down, and there was no lingering trash or spills anywhere—something you don’t always find at fast-food spots during peak hours. The drink station was also tidy, fully stocked with lids, straws, and napkins, which was a nice touch.

What stood out the most was how completely empty the dining area was. While that might have been a little eerie at first, it actually made for a peaceful experience. No loud conversations, no kids running around—just a quiet space to sit and eat. Given that the drive-thru was packed, with cars continuously pulling through, it was surprising that no one had chosen to dine in. I’m not sure if that’s the norm here, but it worked out well for me.

Service-wise, the staff seemed efficient, juggling a steady stream of drive-thru orders while still acknowledging me at the counter right away. My food came out hot and fresh, and despite the rush outside, there was no sense of chaos inside. I appreciated that my order was accurate, and the fries were crispy—not the undercooked or stale ones you sometimes get at fast food joints. They were not stingy with condiments either.“

“Classic A frame wienerschitzel. Needed my chili fix and stopped by this location. Went window service, as the small drive thru was full. Walk up counter and eating area was immaculate with no trash or riff raff. Service was prompt and courteous. No problems using my coupons. Order was perfect, food was perfect, price couldn't beat. “I LOVE Wienerschnitzel way back when it was called Der Weinerschnitzel back in 1965. Now, ironically I am 65, LOL!!! I have to admit I have not been to one in a couple of years because their prices had seemed to have skyrocketed like every other fast food restaurant around. But, I was VERY HUNGRY and I REMEMBERED to look up their Coupon app. I used to LOVE to get their coupon paper in the mail EVERY WEEK!!! It made a HUGE DIFFERENCE in the prices.. The food was as DELICIOUS as EVER!!! I had LUNCH as dine in and about 6 hours later I went back for DINNER takeout, LOL!!! ????????❤️?

Parking: EASY ACCESS and PLENTY of parking, at the Jurupa Valley location off of the 60 freeway at Etiwanda. They even had a CONVENIENT Drive Thru too. ☺️?

Kid-friendliness: The service was GREAT and VERY FRIENDLY. There were children at other tables and EVERYONE seemed VERY HAPPY enjoying their meals. ☺️?
