3 stars means „good” and good it was, as in „not bad”, but unfortunately not much above that. Perhaps that very day's menu, the particular server, time of service, etc. but the stars did not align for our dinner to be an experience I was hoping for. Outdoor setting is definitely the highlight of the place. The homemade pastas are also noteworthy, but the rest pales, especially with the idea of curated Italian specialties from local produce they aspire to serve. And...

Ordered the prix fixe menu with wine pairing. The standout of the courses was the corkscrew pasta. The tasting serving of the pasta was entree-sized. Both of us destroyed the bowl and left little room for the main course. The prix fixe option was absurdly value-priced. I don't know why the restaurant wasn't full on a Sunday night. I feel like it's a hidden gem that hasn't been spot-burned yet. I could be wrong.

High quality ingredients and authentic recipes. The truffle mac and cheese is incredible. Loud inside, especially their side room, but a really nice outdoor area. Servers were genuinely nice but need better attention to detail.
