The food was fine. I very much resented being confronted with three home-made signs that blocked the registers, urging us to use the ordering kiosks instead of ordering from employees. The kiosks are a pain in the butt to use, and probably unsanitary. This latest attempt to avoid paying employees is ridiculous. When we needed something, there was nobody at the front and we had to wait around for someone in the kitchen to notice us. Very poor service!
the manager Bianca was working the register and putting together the orders/working drive thru and we still got our food quickly and respectfully, and honestly it was the best mcmuffin and mcgriddle we've ever had! Bianca needs a raise. The store itself is squeaky clean and the bathrooms were also very clean. lovely :)

So I was trying to make an order through DoorDash for a mocha frappe unbeknownst to me DoorDash does not offer all of McDonald's food items so frappe wasn't on there and I accidentally got an iced mocha I called down to the restaurant and I talked to the manager and he was very nice and he said although that he couldn't do anything for the DoorDash app he could as per McDonald's make my experience better so he offered to correct the the frappe for free.
