I’ve given this cookie shop multiple chances, but I will never support this business again. The cookies are already overpriced at $4 each, and to make matters worse, the customer service is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.

The cookies are very good, however, the service is extremely poor. They wanted to give me about 75 cents change in pennies because they said they didn't have any nickels or dimes. They should have just knocked off the 25 cents. How incredibly rude and a great way to lose a customer!
