Nice place with good Vietnamese coffee.
I usually grab a matcha here, but today called for an iced American and it was so crisp and refreshing in this heat. Paired it with their pesto sandwich, which was super flavorful on that crusty ciabatta. It’s a great spot to swing by for lunch during the week, especially with the outdoor seating area. Just keep in mind they close at 5p every day. Parking is usually pretty easy to find too.
