Chidori Sushi is a great cozy sushi spot with phenomenal service. The fish is extremely fresh, and the menu has plenty to choose from but is not filled with a bazillion choices. The sauces are comparable to those found in fine French cuisine, delicate yet deep in flavor. The sashimi is fresh and delectable. The Omakase is the best, and the spicy tuna bowl is great, not overly oiled, and the rice was perfect. The squid, mackerel, and eel avocado roll all came out great. The rolls are made in bite sized pieces and are approximately priced. The people are really cool, the chefs are kind, and the service is good. HANDS DOWN BEST SUSHI IN OC. Highly recommended.
