staff was very friendly. i drive diffrent routes for my delivery job and have been to many restaurants, i was appreciated and welcomed by staff upon arrival. my food was fresh and delicious.
Today is $0.80 Chili burger day!!
The wait outside is an hour when the walk-up line reaches the sidewalk/curb, 1.5 hours if it stretches down the sidewalk. 40-60 minute wait after ordering inside to get your burgers. So around 2.5 hours total.
No idea about the drive-thru line that wrapped around the corner along Warner (might as well get a Dutch Bros for the wait).
Don't be like that one guy the ambulance took away - full sun, so hat, sunglasses,...

The food is good but the parking lot is small. It cannot accommodate my Airstream Travel Trailer on their parking lot, so my husband is park at the street and I went in, to order the food. Didn't wait long for the food.
