I’m not sure what was happening, but the employee at the window appeared to be managing both the drive-through and the front counter orders on his own. The colleague working alongside him was noticeably rude with the coworker, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. There also seemed to be a lack of clear communication between the two employees. It did not appear to be a very supportive work environment.
