“I went to McDonald's in Gorman, CA, because it was a Friday and I was hoping the Filet 0'Fish deal was available (2 for $5). I went to wash my hands in their bathroom, and it was filthy--toilet paper all over the floors and no hand soap in either of the two dispensers. I looked around for a place to sit and the empty tables were all dirty. The soda station, needless to say, was a sticky mess. I ran away!

This Carl's Jr. is just around the corner. I went straight to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was SPOTLESS! The wonderful smell of cleaner, no papers on the floor, hand soap galore! I went to the counter and asked for the manager. I didn't want to scare the cashier (Leonardo) so I told him it was good news. He went and got her, and her name is Samantha. I complimented her on the condition of the store and thanked her for her hard work. I hope I made her happy. Managers usually only hear bad news.
