They open late on the door it says 10:30am but they open like 11:10am I was behind the door and even they don’t say sorry for waiting the give me an attitude specially the Spanish lady I think she is the manager she acts like she the doing me a favor no customer service, the problem is management the worker are nice specially the once serving customers
Employees are completely unprofessional, there is nothing more to say really. Just avoid this location at all costs. The cashier, the server are just horrible people in general and act super entitled.

I’m not sure why we keep ordering here probably because it’s the closest one. We like chipotle but not this one. It’s always a mess and the pre order is always late by 20/30 minutes if not more.
