Portion sizes are very inconsistent. Poor staffing and the quesadilla machine always breaks. Location also tends to run out of straws and ice and they dont even let you know at the front so I have been surprised by this after already buying a drink. Heavvy crowds but as mentioned before usually only one person at the front line.
Absolutely amazing
This is a serious concern for vegetarian customers. At many Chipotle locations, the meat section comes first and the vegetarian ingredients (like beans, fajita veggies, guacamole, etc.) come afterward in the same assembly line. During bowl preparation, spoons and gloves often touch meat first and then move to vegetarian ingredients.
