We bought our simply bread oven in September of 2024, and what a purchase it has been. Every aspect of dealing with simply bread has been incredible.
When you order, they provide weekly updates on the status of your oven. As the shipping date approaches they send materials and info to ensure you are ready to receive it. It is packed extremely well, and this thing is built to last. We own several other ovens (2 Unox and 1 blodgett) and this oven is in a whole different class...read full review

Pass on this oven. Over $8k for an oven that loses HUNDREDS of degrees just by opening the door to take bread out. Then it takes HOURS to get back to temp for the next load. Would have been better off buying a second home oven. Not making my home bakery any easier or efficient.
