Observation at this store - noticed that one employee "Todd" at this location basically made everyone feels good and walk away smiling.
The people that work there are very nice which I cannot say about many Starbucks. Drinks were also made well. I did not like was the location. It’s tough to walk into a Starbucks and get hit up for money by two people outside.
