I actually thought they were okay and would try them again. I ordered the pancake breakfast with eggs and sausage. They did a great job with the scrambled eggs and the sausage is good. The pancakes are unique. They have a nice little crunch to them and are topped with powdered sugar. I’d heard about this place that started as a food truck for years, but it’s a bit far away from my place. Finally tried it. The service was excellent, the food delicious (ignore reviews complaining about the hollandaise sauce), and the atmosphere very family-friendly and fun. I will definitely be making more trips over here.

If you are in the area, this place is a must try. All of their eggs Benedict types looks phenomenal and have added their own twist to each of them. I tried the hotel California and it was delicious.
