The original bakery dates back to around 1913 and was called Seibert Brothers Bakery. My great-grandfather and his 3 brothers founded this bakery in the middle of the old German/Russian community in Fresno. The bakery remained in the family until about the late 80's/early 90's. One of my dad's cousins was the last owner and he was born in 1926.
