As a first time customer, I would definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. My partner and I went in 30 mins before closing and they were still very helpful and the food tasted fresh. We ordered 2 ribeye tacos and a quesadilla mixta, and it was all really delicious. It reminded me of being back en el rancho de Mexico!! We will definitely be back again!!
The horchata was the best I've had here in Fresno, the queso birra tacos was bomb. tender flavorful meat, lots of cheese didn't even get the coseme and was still fire. There service and food is worth it. If your in Fresno go try them out I highly recommend.
Was very good I loved it I will be bringing my girlfriend next weekend and the tacos were well served keep that up the price is decent but keep it up with the amount of meat to stay in business I work in restaurant for 15 years and that is the advice I give you keep it always this way people will pay to eat not only quality but quantity.

Cabeza de res El sinaloense is a spot that first time customers would recommend to friends and family. The food tastes fresh, and the service is helpful, even 30 minutes before closing. Customers have ordered ribeye tacos, quesadilla mixta, queso birra tacos, taco de cabeza, taco de Ribeye, chicharrones with guacamole, menudo, birria, asada taco, cabeza tacos, burritos, chicharrón, café de olla, and horchata. The horchata was the best in Fresno. The queso birra tacos was bomb, with tender flavorful meat and lots of cheese. The tacos are well served, and they don’t skimp on the meat. The price is decent. The place is actually clean. The food is Mexican authentic confort food. Some say the tacos are not to die for, very normal, and 6 tacos for $40 is a little bet over. Sometimes the food looks like dog food and sometimes looks nice. It is up to the cook. The food is decent. Handmade tortillas are also available.
