Went to pollo loco at 4800 block of Kings Canyon at Winery on Sunday about 5:00 pm. To get dinner for 2 meal, when I got home the chicken I received was burnt, dry and unfit to eat. This is really not surprising! The people working and serving this food should be embarrassed! This chicken should have been discarded rather than serving it. litterally haven't had food this bad in a long while. My total was a few cents shy of $42, the amount of food I received was not worth $20 bucks! 4 piece meal - chicken was over cooked maybe one bite of edible chicken on each piece except for wing which was meatless forgot the tortillas so only thing from the meal was the rice and beans. The Pollo Loco on Kings Canyon near Willow in Fresno needs new everything and a clean place. If the sugar packets were clearly old and had been wet at some point, its scary to think how safe the rest of the food is
